Project
Responsibilities you'll have
- Analyze and review application security and user access management data
- Identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary user permissions and recommend appropriate actions
- Facilitate the onboarding and cleanup of access groups, user accounts, and service accounts in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
- Collaborate with Business stakeholders, Application Managers, IT teams, and system providers to gather information and resolve access-related issues
- Work closely with RACF/IAM Subject Matter Experts to define appropriate actions and mitigation strategies
- Support and challenge stakeholders by providing expert guidance on IAM, application security, and access management
- Facilitate discussions around conflicting requirements, priorities, and access-related decisions
- Support project prioritization and scope management, while identifying risks and proposing mitigation measures
Expected competences and knowledge
- Proven hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), particularly in managing access groups, user accounts, and service accounts
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and application security principles
- Experience in access reviews, permission analysis, and identifying inactive, excessive, or unnecessary access
- Understanding of business applications, IT processes, and application access management
- Experience working with Business and IT stakeholders, including Application Managers and system providers
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and challenge requirements when needed
- Ability to collaborate with RACF/IAM Subject Matter Experts and translate technical findings into actionable recommendations
- Experience in application management, user administration, or application security
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative mindset
- Good understanding of risk management, prioritization, and change management in a project environment
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field is preferred
