Project
Responsibilities you'll have
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Facilitate requirement elicitation sessions with cross-functional teamsDocument functional and non-functional requirements
- Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and system specifications
- Prepare user stories and acceptance criteria using Gherkin syntax
- Develop UML diagrams and BPMN process models
- Design REST APIs following industry best practices
- Create logical and physical data models
- Design system integrations and data flows
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, QA engineers, and business representativesValidate requirements and technical solutions with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal analysis and documentation standards
- Participate in peer reviews and quality assurance activities
- Support data governance and data management initiative
- Contribute throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Expected competences and knowledge
- Strong experience in Business Analysis and/or System Analysis
- Practical experience gathering and documenting requirements
- Experience designing REST APIs
- Strong understanding of API architecture and integration patterns
- Experience creating BPMN process modelsExperience preparing UML diagrams
- Knowledge of Gherkin and user story definition
- Data modelling experience (logical and physical models)
- Understanding of Data Governance principles
- Understanding of Data Management concepts and data lifecycleIntermediate SQL skills
- Experience working in Agile environmentsUnderstanding of SDLC methodologies
- Experience working with GitHub or similar version control tools
