Project
You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, supporting project coordination and PMO activities within an agile setup. The role involves working closely with technical leads, application owners, and multiple agile teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities you'll have
- Provide leadership by engaging and motivating teams to align with the vision and strategy
- Ensure continuous collaboration with SD Tech Lead, Application Owners, and other stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate technical risks
- Maintain high-quality documentation, including asset registration and technical records
- Support incident management and resolution
- Prepare reports from JIRA and other tools
- Create presentations and reports for stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings, prepare materials, and document meeting outcomes
- Monitor and report on OKRs and KPIs
- Collaborate with multiple agile teams to ensure project success
Expected competencies and knowledge
- At least 2 years of experience in PMO or project coordination
- Strong knowledge of JIRA, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, professional, and ethical mindset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to take ownership and drive tasks to completion
