Salary: 1000-1200 PLN net / MD
Remote: This is a 100% remote role, with regular synchronization with the US a few days per week – flexibility to work outside standard hours is required. Occasional participation in planning meetings or workshops at our office in Gdańsk may be expected.

Project
In this project, we are looking for a Lead Product Manager responsible for the end-to-end delivery of feature changes that have a significant impact on the core aspects of the product. This person assesses the business impact of various solutions and can evaluate trade-offs between business/customer needs, technology requirements, and costs. They also lead structured brainstorming sessions to generate proposed product improvements.
A leading global company is implementing Generative AI (GenAI), an emerging technology that creates new content based on existing data patterns, as part of its digital transformation journey. This technology is set to enhance multiple business areas, including design, product analysis, multilingual marketing content development, and more. Following a structured implementation approach with appropriate security and legal frameworks, this initiative reflects the company’s commitment to adopting innovative technologies to better serve its stakeholders and maintain its position as an industry leader.
Expected competences and knowledge
- 8+ years of professional experience with a combined background of product management and software engineering
- Relevant experience in the e-commerce sector
- Experience in with GenAI/Machine Learning
- Experience managing an Analytics-based product, with Data Science experience is a plus
- Proven ability to be a Product advocate; can describe the Product, its value, how it works, how it is adopted, speak to upcoming changes and tailor the information to the audience
- Ability to prioritize competing needs and make decisions in ambiguous situations
- Understanding of technology systems and the ecosystem the team works in to help team in overcoming roadblocks
- Previous experience and successful track-record of learning new tools and technologies
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, XP Programming etc.
- Effective communication skills (with engineering teams members and the business)
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end product development, with a focus on data-driven features, GenAI, and machine learning within the e-commerce domain
- Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to define product requirements, prioritize work, and align on delivery goals
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical constraints
- Analyze product data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and shape the product roadmap
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clearly articulating the product's value, upcoming changes, and tailoring messages to different audiences
- Make informed decisions in ambiguous situations, evaluating trade-offs between business needs, technical feasibility, and cost
- Support the team in overcoming technical and organizational roadblocks by understanding the system architecture and broader technology ecosystem
