Project

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support the analysis phase of MVP2 within Client's Individual Rights Workflow Tool (IR WT) initiative built on the Pega Platform.

The current MVP1 implementation relies on existing robotics solutions and manual processes for data collection. The objective of MVP2 is to identify more efficient, scalable, and governable methods of sourcing data by leveraging APIs, data platforms, and Pega capabilities while reducing dependency on robotics and manual activities.

The assignment focuses on analysing how data is currently sourced, identifying true data ownership, documenting data structures and business rules, and evaluating future sourcing options across multiple systems and stakeholders within a regulated banking environment.

Responsibilities you'll have

Analyse prioritized data sets and data points identified by the business
Document existing data structures and relationships between data elements
Map current-state data sourcing processes and data flowsIdentify source systems and understand how data is currently extracted
Analyse country-specific differences in data availability and extraction rules
Document business rules applied to data collection and processingIdentify and validate data ownership across business and technology domains
Perform data lineage and governance analysis
Assess future sourcing options including APIs, data marts, data lakes, and robotic solutions
Analyse dependencies, constraints, and implementation considerations for each sourcing option
Prepare structured documentation enabling high-level cost estimation
Coordinate input from multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams
Present findings and recommendations to decision-makers

Expected competences and knowledge

Extensive experience in Data Analysis
Strong experience in data collection analysis
Experience analysing data structures, data models, and data flows
Understanding of data ownership, data governance, and data lineage
Experience with API integrations and data sourcing methods
Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to document complex current-state and future-state processes
Experience identifying and documenting business rules and dependencies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to coordinate multiple teams and maintain delivery focus
Highly structured and detail-oriented approach
Experience working with both structured and unstructured data

Nice to have

Previous experience within Banking, Financial Services, or other regulated industries
