Senior Business Analyst

Salary: 900 - 1100 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa  (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project


You will be involved in a financial project focused on Transaction Monitoring.  As a IT Analyst you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective design, optimization and operation of our systems and infrastructure.

You will be responsible for analyzing, designing and providing input and guidance in the implementation and maintenance of systems related to Transaction Monitoring.

 

Expected competences and knowledge

  • Hands-on experience in Quantexa
  • Quantexa Certified
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience as Data Analyst/Scientist
  • Previous experience as a Tech Lead managing Quantexa engineers
  • Hands on experience with Entity Resolution and Quantexa Models (ETL, UI etc)
  • Experience as an Analyst in live project and POC project
  • Strong experience in gathering business requirements and working with cross functional team
  • Banking experience in areas:Transaction Monitoring, Payments, SWIFT, Wider/general Financial Anti-Crime
  • Quantexa or similar advanced Trade Management System knowledge

 

Responsibilities you'll have


  • Support the shaping of new Epics and contribute to Capabilities, Features, and Stories within the SAFe framework
  • Facilitate understanding and impact assessment of business, architectural, functional, and non-functional requirements—ensuring alignment between business and technology
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to continuously review and clarify requirements for full understanding
  • Drive a transparent requirements process, ensuring visibility of statuses, proper documentation, and support for development activities
  • Participate in defining the high-level solution architecture and architectural roadmap, and translate them into actionable tasks
  • Ensure alignment with architecture standards and guide solution implementation in close collaboration with development teams
