Salary: 1000 - 1300 PLN net / MD
Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (at least 1 day per week from the office)

Expected competencies and knowledge
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a comparable software development in Java and JEE
- Strong skills in object-oriented programming and Java EE (including JPA)
- Solid understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL
- Familiarity with modern software development practices, adaptability to evolving requirements, and a strong customer-centric mindset
- Excellent verbal and written English skills, along with strong communication abilities
What you'll be doing
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using JavaEE technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, design, and implementation
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Work with CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and automated delivery
- Package and deploy applications using Docker
