Salary: 500-800 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project


You will be involved in a financial project focused on supporting the DORA Register of Information through a business-critical data and reporting solution used to manage regulatory, procurement and third-party risk information. As an Application Manager / SME, you will be responsible for ensuring application stability, data quality, reporting reliability and continuous improvement of the solution. You will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors and technology teams to drive automation, optimize data flows and contribute to the development of scalable future-state solutions.

 

Responsibilities you'll have

  • Manage the full lifecycle of a business-critical reporting and data application
  • Ensure application availability, stability, performance, and compliance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes, and data flows
  • Support incident, problem, and change management activities
  • Monitor and improve reporting quality, data consistency, and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate vendors and stakeholders across multiple business and technology functions
  • Identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions
  • Maintain application documentation, operational procedures, and governance standards
  • Support risk, security, audit, and compliance requirements
  • Contribute to future-state architecture and application evolution initiatives
  • Lead or participate in multiple cross-functional projects and enhancement activities.

 

Expected competences and knowledge

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in application lifecycle management and application support
  • Strong experience with incident, problem, and change management
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Power BI
  • Understanding of data quality, reporting processes, and data governance
  • Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working with stakeholders and external vendors
  • Background as a Business Systems Analyst, IT Analyst, Systems Administrator, or similar role
  • Knowledge of risk, security, and compliance principles
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience driving projects or cross-functional initiatives

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of DORA regulatory requirements
  • Experience within third-party risk management
  • Procurement or supplier data management experience
  • Experience automating recurring reporting processes
  • Requirements gathering and process improvement experience
