Project
Key responsibilities
• Ensure accuracy of, and configuration manage all project related stakeholder requirements, norms, standards and specifications
• Manage the customer compliance matrix
• Manage the structure of requirements and source documentation (Documentation Master List) in the Requirements Management tool
• Define the reuse concept for the platform requirements
• Work with the development leads to define release-based content schedule
• Communicate and disseminate requirements to function and feature developers
• Ensure traceability and consistency of requirements derived from norms, standards and stakeholder specifications
• Ensure the requirements management process is followed
• Define stakeholder requirements review criteria and ensure requirements review process is followed
• Work closely with system & software architects, functional safety and test engineers to ensure
downstream user feedback
• Freeze and release the requirement baselines for each system release
• Track requirements progress metrics to ensure progress to the project timeline
• Ensure quality consistency of requirements across projects
What we’re looking for
• Experience in working with requirements development in an automotive, aviation or similar industry
• Good knowledge of requirements and systems engineering principles and guidelines (eg INCOSE,
IREB)
• Experience with a requirements management tools eg. Polarion, Doors, Codebeamer etc.
• Experience in working within an ASPICE based process environment (or similar)
