IT Analyst / Data Product Owner

Salary: 1000 - 1200 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project


You will be involved in a financial project focused on building and rebuilding a modern Data Platform for a leading Nordic bank. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, helping shape data products and advanced analytics solutions that drive strategic decisions across the organization.

 

Responsibilities you'll have

  • Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure delivery of high-quality IT solutions
  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into user stories and features for agile delivery teams
  • Designing and contributing to advanced data and analytics solutions within the Data Platform
  • Managing delivery dependencies across multiple teams and organizational units
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand expected outcomes and business needs
  • Ensuring data quality, data hygiene and integrity across data products

 

Expected competences and knowledge

  • Min 7 years + relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a solution-oriented approach
  • Experience working with complex, end-to-end business requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business users
  • Ownership and independence in managing tasks, features and user stories
  • Familiarity with basic concepts in machine learning, CI/CD pipelines and big data ecosystems
  • Banking domain knowledge is a strong asset
