Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (at least 2-3 days per week from the office)

Project
We’re looking for an experienced IT Communication Manager to support a financial organization in the rollout and adoption of digital workplace and security-related solutions. The role focuses on defining and executing a clear communication strategy that supports IT implementations, drives user engagement, and enables effective change management in a distributed, international environment.
Responsibilities you'll have

Define and execute a clear communication strategy to ensure consistent, timely, and relevant information across multiple channels

Manage communication activities related to product and feature rollouts within a financial environment

Create high-quality content, including written copy and short video materials, tailored to different communication channels and user groups

Support the creation of educational and instructional materials for various audiences (end users, key users, stakeholders)

Design and implement feedback collection mechanisms for product rollouts and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Collaborate closely with IT, business, and change management teams in a distributed and multicultural setup

Support change initiatives and drive user adoption through effective communication
Expected competences and knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of experience in communication management or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Proven ability to understand and manage complex topics
- Demonstrated experience in driving change within a distributed and multicultural environment
- Experience supporting IT implementations
- Experience with Windows Hello for Business or similar identity/security solutions is a strong plus
