Project
You will be involved in a large-scale banking project and take ownership of automated testing within a modern C# / .NET 8 environment. The role combines developing and maintaining automated test suites with failure diagnostics, debugging, and selected manual testing activities when needed.
Responsibilities you'll have

Design, develop and maintain automated test suites for .NET applications

Execute automated and manual tests where required

Investigate test failures and perform root cause analysis

Support debugging and troubleshooting activities across environments

Maintain and improve CI/CD test pipelines

Participate in code reviews and contribute to automation best practices

Collaborate closely with developers, testers and business stakeholders

Ensure high test coverage and quality standards across releases
Expected competences and knowledge

Minimum 2 years of experience in test automation within .NET environments

Strong experience with C# and .NET 8

Hands-on experience with NUnit and test runners

Proven experience working with CI/CD automation in Bitbucket or Bamboo

Strong knowledge of Git, branching strategies and code review practices

Experience maintaining and improving automated test pipelines

Ability to diagnose, debug and resolve test failures efficiently

Experience working in the banking sector
