Project
Responsibilities you'll have

Perform manual testing activities across functional, integration, system, and end-to-end testing levels

Validate complex business processes spanning multiple systems and integrations
-
Analyze requirements, challenge ambiguities, and identify potential quality risks before development begins

Create, maintain, and execute test scenarios and test cases
-
Perform exploratory testing to uncover hidden defects and quality issues
-
Manage and report defects throughout the entire defect lifecycle
-
Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for quality improvements
-
Prepare and manage test data required for testing activities
-
Support release testing and production validation activities
-
Ensure traceability between business requirements, test cases, and defects
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment

Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, standards, and methodologies
Expected competences and knowledge

6+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance

Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing
-
Experience with End-to-End (E2E), System and Integration Testing

Experience validating complex business processes across multiple systems
-
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
-
Strong skills in test analysis, test design, execution, and defect management

Experience with REST API testing
- SQL Knowledge

Practical experience with Jira, Confluence and test management tools (e.g. qTest)

Experience testing applications built on the Pega platform

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
Nice to have
- Experience in banking, mortgage, lending, or financial services projects
- Experience in mobile application testing
- Experience with Splunk, BrowserStack, or similar tools
- Familiarity with test automation concepts and identifying automation opportunities
- Knowledge of WCAG/EAA accessibility standards
- Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Experience working within SAFe organizations
