Project
You will be involved in a financial project focused on transformation to Google Cloud. As a Change Manager, you will own the change and release-related activities within the program, reporting to the Program Managers and acting as the single point of contact for coordinating business and technical change activities.
Responsibilities you'll have
- Manage business process and technical changes within the program
- Coordinate and facilitate changes required from application development teams
- Manage change and release management processes in line with the bank's internal processes and guidelines
- Act as the single point of contact for business and technical change-related activities
- Coordinate information sharing and upskilling activities for relevant users
- Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive follow-up actions
Expected competences and knowledge
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in change and release management
- Hands-on experience in change and release management within cloud migration projects; this experience should be clearly described in the application
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights
- Experience in facilitating information sharing, including related requirements and activities
- Excellent English skills, both spoken and written, combined with ownership, proactivity and a can-do attitude
