Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdańsk/Gdynia/Warszawa/Łódź (from September twice a week from the office)

Project
You will be involved in our client's financial project focused on driving business transformation by delivering initiatives that meet scope, quality standards, and deadlines. The project aims to enhance business performance through agile collaboration with stakeholders, while implementing innovative and scalable technology solutions.
Responsibilities you'll have
- Drive and manage the initiative delivery process
- Elicit, document and communicate the functional and non-functional requirements, enabling business transformation in alignment with the target picture
- Identify and establish proactive ways to manage the robustness and quality of processes and applications
- Support our business stakeholders to secure reliable, scalable and up-to-date production environment
- Keep track and share the latest business and best practices, to improve team performance and development
- Drive and facilitate agile cooperation between stakeholders in business, IT and external partners, to enable successful deliveries that drive business performance
- Provide payment expertise, including facilitating and driving discussions, coaching teams and providing peer reviews to maximize customer value
- Drive proposals to innovate, simplify and modernise technology solutions
Expected competences and knowledge
- 10+ years experience in technology, with IT and/or business analysis with an engineering mindset
- Knowledge of the banking/financial sector and cross border payments (SWIFT and ISO messages) and industry wide payment processing products
- Experience in SWIFT payments infrastructure, CBPR+, MT to MX migrations, RTGS and Realtime payments
- Experience or knowledge of Data Mapping, Data Migration, interface specifications and Process Modelling
- Hands-on experience with SQL, user interface prototyping and design
- Experience of using Jira and Confluence
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, and experienced in working with highly diversified international people groups
- Leadership in the cross-border payments domain
- Excellent at adapting to change and working effectively with people
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills
- Solid business and technical background with strong analytical and requirement specification skills (functional and non-functional)
- Experienced with agile methods (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban)
- Experience working with complex architectural landscapes, systems, services, and applications across the end-to-end payments value chain.
