Salary: 900 - 1100 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project


We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the execution of a strategic RACF Access Control, Onboarding & Clean-up initiative within a large financial organization.
In this role, you will work closely with the Project Lead and act as their deputy, coordinating project activities across multiple stakeholders and delivery teams. You will play a key role in ensuring timely project execution, driving delivery progress, managing risks and dependencies, and identifying automation opportunities that improve efficiency within access management processes.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Project Management, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Mainframe Security, and Process Automation within a highly regulated environment.

 

Responsibilities you'll have

  • Support and act as a Deputy to the RACF Project Lead
  • Coordinate and execute project activities across business and technical teams
  • Drive progress across delivery teams and ensure achievement of project milestones
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project reviews
  • Maintain project documentation, action logs, decision registers, and governance materials
  • Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
  • Prepare management reports, project dashboards, and status presentations
  • Ensure accountability across project stakeholders and participating teams
  • Collaborate with IAM, RACF, Mainframe Security, and Integration expertsIdentify opportunities for process optimization and automation
  • Coordinate implementation of automation initiatives supporting project delivery
  • Support governance activities, audit requirements, and project reporting processes

 

Expected competences and knowledge

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries
  • Strong experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage priorities, remove blockers, and drive delivery in complex environments
  • Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of project governance, reporting, and risk management
  • Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes
  • Knowledge of access control frameworks and user lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with RACF and/or Mainframe Security environments
  • Understanding of regulatory, audit, compliance, and operational risk requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong planning, organization, and coordination abilities
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
