Salary: 80 - 115 PLN net/h + VAT (B2B contract)

Work model: elastic hybrid from Kraków (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project


We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer who will join to our client - fast-growing technology company delivering high-level IT services and cloud-based solutions to a diverse portfolio of international clients. In this role, you will resolve complex technical issues, manage cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), and support CI/CD automation using GitLab and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python. You will also administer Microsoft 365 services, implement monitoring and security best practices, support system migrations and integrations, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

 

Expected competences and knowledge

  • Min. 4 years of previous experience in a similar role 
  • A solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise support 
  • Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V, and container tools like Docker or Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in scripting languages and SQL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with effective communication
  • English proficiency at minimum B2 level, both spoken and written
  • Nice to have:
    • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and automation
    • Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
    • Knowledge of ITIL practices; certifications such as Azure Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect, or CompTIA Security+
