Project
Responsibilities you'll have

Design, build and maintain reusable test data assets

Develop automated test data provisioning solutions
-
Create self-service mechanisms enabling teams to access test data on demand

Implement and maintain data masking and anonymization processes
-
Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal data governance requirements

Create and maintain synthetic test datasets for various testing scenarios
-
Generate data for edge cases, negative tests and business-realistic scenarios
-
Provision, refresh and clone datasets across non-production environments
-
Support multiple teams performing parallel testing activities
-
Integrate test data solutions with test automation frameworks
-
Enable CI/CD-driven test data provisioning and automated regression testing
-
Monitor test data availability, usability and quality
-
Troubleshoot and resolve test data related issues and defects
-
Maintain documentation, standards and data dependency mappings
Expected competences and knowledge
-
8+ years of experience in Test Data Management, Test Automation or related areas

Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
-
Experience working with mainframe environments

Hands-on experience with: Test data generation, Data masking and anonymization, Data cloning, Data subsetting, Data extraction and transformation, Test Data Management solutions

Experience supporting: Automated testing, Integration testing, End-to-End testing

Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Java or similar technologies

Understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices

Experience working in Agile delivery environments

English proficiency at B2 level or higher
