Project
We are building a new development team for a global leader in HR and workforce solutions. This project will focus on developing scalable backend solutions for high-demand business operations, integrating cloud services, and ensuring system reliability. You will work in an agile environment with a strong emphasis on code quality, clean architecture, and performance optimization.
What you'll be doing
- Creating new application modules based on business requirements
- Review the code on a regular basis and decide on refactoring, improvements in a code
- Ability to design and implement efficient backend solutions
- Writing clean, scalable code
Expected competences and knowledge
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience with Java
- Proficiency in Java, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and best practices
- Database expertise, particularly PostgreSQL
- Deep understanding of Hibernate Criteria API
- Experience with containerization, specifically Docker
- Hands-on experience with the Spring framework
- Familiarity with Spring Batch
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS services, particularly ECS, S3, and RDS, for cloud-based application deployment and storage
