Project
We are looking for an experienced Business Continuity Specialist / ICT BCP Manager to support a large-scale regulatory transformation initiative within the financial services sector. The role focuses on the development, governance, testing and maintenance of ICT Business Continuity Plans (ICT BCPs), ensuring compliance with DORA requirements and internal resilience standards. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across business and technology areas, drive continuity planning activities, and support the establishment of long-term ICT resilience frameworks and methodologies.
Responsibilities you'll have
- Manage the development and delivery of 70+ ICT Business Continuity Plans
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple projects to ensure timely delivery of BCP documentation
- Support the creation and enhancement of ICT BCP frameworks, templates and standards
- Drive the development of ICT BCP testing methodologies aligned with regulatory and organizational requirements
- Collaborate closely with program stakeholders to align ICT BCP scope, content and priorities
- Continuously evaluate workload, delivery plans and resource needs
- Identify and escalate potential risks and delivery delays
- Coordinate and manage the approval process for ICT BCPs
- Support development and maintenance of governance documentation
- Ensure lifecycle management of ICT Business Continuity documentation
- Facilitate communication between technology, risk, operational resilience and business teams
Expected competences and knowledge
- 3+ years of experience working with Business Continuity Management frameworks, methodologies or documentation
- Good understanding of DORA regulations and ICT resilience requirements within the financial sector
- Experience creating project documentation, reports, presentations and governance materials
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to develop and document processes, procedures, policies and frameworks
- Experience working in cross-functional and international environments
- Analytical mindset with the ability to align multiple stakeholder perspectives
- English proficiency allowing effective collaboration with international teams
