Expected competencies and knowledge
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in a comparable software development in: Java, Spring Boot and React
- Good knowledge of REST API design and microservices architecture
- Excellent frontend skills: proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern framework(React is highly preferred)
- Solid understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and automated delivery
- Experience in package and deploy applications using Docker
- Eagerness to explore and implement Agentic AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate engineering workflows
- Excellent verbal and written English skills, along with strong communication abilities
Nice to have
- Experience in cloud solutions
