Project
You will be involved in a financial project focused on release management and the efficient, scalable and repeatable delivery of IT releases for technology platforms and applications.
Responsibilities you'll have
- Coordinating, planning and maintaining the release roadmap for one or more applications.
- Planning and coordinating multiple parallel releases and deployment activities.
- Planning release go-live and post-go-live activities.
- Planning, coordinating and tracking change activities throughout the release process.
- Leading release decision meetings and securing stakeholder approval for each release milestone.
- Planning and setting up handover sessions from development teams to operations teams.
Expected competences and knowledge
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management and planning.
- Previous experience in release or deployment management activities, preferably in the banking sector.
- Experience with incident, problem and change management tools and processes under the ITIL framework.
- Practical understanding of Agile, Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with development, operations and other teams.
- Analytical mindset, strong coordination and planning skills, accountability, proactivity and ability to adapt to change.
