Salary: 800-1150 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (3 days per week from the office)

Project

Join an international banking environment focused on ESG Reporting, Regulatory Compliance, and Data-Driven Reporting Processes. You will support the development, automation, and delivery of ESG reporting processes, working closely with business stakeholders, reporting teams, and IT development units.

We are open to candidates with different levels of seniority. Depending on your experience, you can contribute either from a more Business & Process perspective, focusing on ESG Reporting Development, Requirements Gathering, and Stakeholder Collaboration, or from a more Technical & Data-Oriented perspective, supporting Reporting Automation, Data Analysis, SQL-Based Solutions, and Tooling Improvements.

Responsibilities you'll have

Participate in the production and delivery of ESG Reports in line with Regulatory Requirements and internal guidelines
Support the development and enhancement of ESG Reporting Processes, including Pillar 1 and Pillar 3 reporting initiatives
Analyze Large Datasets, validate reporting outputs, and prepare submissions for Financial Supervisory Authorities
Drive improvements in Reporting, Data Management, and Process Automation
Gather and document Business Requirements and Process Requirements for future ESG reporting solutions
Collaborate with IT Teams and Solution Delivery Teams to refine requirements and support implementation activities
Perform User Acceptance Testing, Dry Runs, and validation of newly developed functionalities
Work across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality End-to-End Reporting Processes

Expected competences and knowledge

3+ years of professional experience in Reporting, Data Analysis, Regulatory Reporting, Finance, Banking, ESG, or related areas
Experience with Data Handling, Reporting, and Process Automation
Strong Excel skills
Good knowledge of SQL
Experience working with Reporting Systems or Reporting Process Development
Ability to manage tasks across the End-to-End Reporting Lifecycle
Strong Communication Skills and Cross-Team Collaboration capabilities
Fluent English

Nice to Have

Knowledge of ESG Reporting and Regulatory Reporting
Understanding of Banking Products and Balance Sheet Structures
Experience with Alteryx
Experience with Python or other Data Analytics and Automation Tools
Experience working with Financial Regulatory Reporting, including Pillar 1 and Pillar 3 frameworks
Stakeholder Management experience in an international environment
