Project
The project focuses on building and maintaining modern DevOps practices for embedded software development. You will play a key role in shaping development processes, improving delivery efficiency and supporting engineering teams throughout the software lifecycle. In addition to hands-on technical responsibilities, you will lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving collaboration and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities you'll have
- Lead and support a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software and embedded development projects
- Drive automation initiatives across development, testing and deployment processes
- Collaborate closely with software, firmware and QA teams to improve development efficiency
- Support the design and optimization of development infrastructure and tooling
- Support and mentor engineers through knowledge sharing and technical guidance
Expected competences and knowledge
- MIn. 5 years of commercial experience in DevOps roles
- Proven experience working with software development and delivery processes
- Previous experience leading, mentoring or coordinating engineering teams
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Good understanding of automation, infrastructure and system reliability concepts
- Exposure to embedded software development projects or embedded development environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Very good English communication skills - min. C1 level
- Nice to have:
- Knowledge of cloud technologies
- Experience working in Agile environments
