Your responsibilities
- Activities related to design, analysis, and evaluation of results in order to make design decisions compliant with organizational standards, procedures, and customer requirements
- Deepening technical knowledge, using and creating best practices and know-how
- Organizing, participating in, and leading project and reporting meetings to ensure on-time completion of tasks
Expected competences and knowledge
- Extensive experience in structural analysis, preferably in the aviation industry or high-performance systems
- Strong proficiency in finite element analysis (FEA) solvers (e.g., NASTRAN, Samcef, Ansys, Abaqus, or similar)
- Solid understanding of static, dynamic, and thermal loading conditions, preferably in aviation applications
- Strong understanding of strength of materials and computational methods (FEM), including fatigue analysis, crack propagation, and modal analysis
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs

- FEM (Finite Element Method) tools and methodologies
- NX (Unigraphics) – nice to have
