Project
You will be involved in a financial project focused on designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise data integration solutions. The role involves building robust ETL processes, optimizing SQL Server performance, ensuring data quality, and supporting modern cloud-based data platforms.
Responsibilities you'll have
- Build and maintain ETL processes integrating data from multiple source systems
- Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL objects, including stored procedures, functions, views, and scripts
- Implement data validation and data quality checks within ETL workflows
- Manage deployments, version control, and database change activities
- Monitor and optimize SQL Server performance, including query tuning and database maintenance
- Schedule and monitor ETL jobs using SQL Server Agent
Expected competences and knowledge
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
- Experience developing and maintaining ETL solutions using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Good understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and dimensional modelling
- Experience working with Git or other version control systems
- Knowledge of Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
