Project
You will be involved in a greenfield financial project within the Structured Loan Manager / Covenant area. Working in an Agile setup, you will collaborate closely with a dedicated business team to build and enhance a new application from scratch. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer, but we are also open to experienced Frontend Developers with expert-level React skills who would like to further develop their backend expertise.
Responsibilities you'll have
- Designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and React
- Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate requirements into user stories
- Creating intuitive and high-quality user interfaces with a strong focus on user experience
- Participating in Agile ceremonies and actively contributing to team discussions and solution design
- Developing and executing end-to-end tests to ensure high application quality and reliability
- Supporting the continuous improvement of development processes, code quality, and team collaboration
Expected competences and knowledge
- Strong commercial experience in full-stack development using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and React
- Alternatively, 8+ years of hands-on experience with React and a strong interest in developing backend expertise in Java
- Experience with JPA and relational databases
- Experience working in Agile development teams
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills and fluent English
