Project
You will be involved in a financial project focused on enhancing and developing the General KYC (Know Your Customer) ecosystem. In this role, you will act as the link between business and technology teams, translating regulatory, operational, and customer requirements into scalable solutions that support customer onboarding, due diligence, and compliance processes.
Responsibilities you'll have

Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements

Defining user stories and acceptance criteria

Supporting delivery execution and solution readiness

Managing dependencies and assessing change/release impacts

Performing data analysis and root cause analysis

Collaborating with Business, Architecture, Development, QA, Operations, and Programme teams
Expected competences and knowledge

Experience in Requirements Engineering, Business Analysis, and Process Modelling

Ability to define User Stories and Acceptance Criteria

Experience in Release & Change Impact Analysis, Data Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis

Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence in Agile Delivery Practices

Knowledge of API and Integration concepts and Data Mapping tools

Understanding of Microservices and Enterprise Architecture principles
- Understanding of Pega-based solutions

Knowledge of KYC, AML, Customer Due Diligence, onboarding processes, periodic reviews, and regulatory change delivery within banking or financial services
