Project
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Technical SME to support and maintain momentum in our Client's multifactor authentication project operating in a mixed on-premise and hybrid environment. You will work closely with technical experts across the organization to ensure secure, stable, and efficient authentication solutions.
Responsibilities you'll have
- Drive progress and technical execution within the multifactor authentication project
- Troubleshoot complex issues using various system and application logs
- Ensure consistent and secure Identity & Access Management, including handling AD group memberships
- Collaborate and coordinate with other technical SMEs and project stakeholders
- Contribute to the design, optimization, and improvement of authentication processes and configurations
Expected competences and knowledge
- Strong experience with on-prem and hybrid environments
- Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management, incl. Active Directory group management
- Advanced troubleshooting skills across multiple log types
- Proven ability to collaborate and coordinate with technical SMEs
- Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Nice-to-have
- Experience with GPOs
- Knowledge of network infrastructure
- Familiarity with VPN technologies and SAML integrations with VPN
- Experience with Cisco AnyConnect
- Knowledge of Entra ID
