Project
We're looking for a NLP Infrastructure Operations Specialist to join our client's team, contributing to the development and automation of core identity and IT infrastructure services in a dynamic, enterprise-scale environment.
Responsibilities you'll have
- Operate and maintain core infrastructure services, focusing on Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID
- Automate routine infrastructure tasks to ensure high availability and reliability of services
- Support and maintain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), DNS, DHCP, and cloud identity providers
- Design, document, and improve manual and automated infrastructure processes with emphasis on security, compliance, and stability
- Participate in midrange server infrastructure activities and contribute to initiatives enhancing core IT services
- Collaborate across technical teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components
Expected competences and knowledge
- Expert-level understanding and hands-on experience with cloud computing
- Deep expertise in enterprise-grade Active Directory environments
- Strong working knowledge, ideally with tools like Infoblox
- Proficient in PowerShell and other automation frameworks to optimize workflows
- Skilled in Azure AD and Entra ID; familiar with broader cloud ecosystem
- Able to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of ITIL v3 and experience in ITSM practices for large organizations
- Familiarity with Scrum and SAFe methodologies
