Solution Architect

Salary: 1100-1400 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (around 3 days from the office, to be agreed upon with the manager)

Project

Responsibilities you'll have

• Create and document Solution Designs, architecture decisions, and integration specifications
• Analyze business and technical requirements, combining end-to-end architectural thinking with detailed technical analysis
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, suppliers, architects, and development teams across multiple countries
• Support and guide the implementation of solutions based on microservices and modern integration patterns
• Contribute to solution delivery within a SAFe Agile environment

Expected competences and knowledge

• Expertise in Solution Architecture and System Integration within complex enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture; knowledge of micro-applications is an advantage
• Ability to combine holistic thinking with detailed technical analysis
• Experience working in an Agile/SAFe environment
• Professional level of English, including the ability to create and maintain technical documentation
• Experience communicating and collaborating with suppliers and development teams
• Strong leadership skills with a clear delivery-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive approach, transparency, and a willingness to continuously share knowledge and experience
