Project
We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Analyst to join our downstream team within a large-scale Core Banking Transformation Program. The program aims to modernize the banking landscape by replacing multiple legacy local systems with a single Nordic core banking platform. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into well-defined features and user stories, and ensuring a seamless handover to development teams. You will independently drive the entire requirements lifecycle, from stakeholder engagement and requirements elicitation through documentation, refinement, and delivery.

Manage dependencies and support delivery in a complex, large-scale banking environment

Quickly build domain knowledge and contribute effectively within the program
Expected competences and knowledge
- 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst in complex enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience working with Data Warehouse (DWH/CDW) and reporting solutions
- Strong understanding of data governance, data lineage, and data mapping practices
- Proven experience within the banking sector, preferably in a large, complex financial institution
- Experience working in large-scale transformation programs involving 300+ team members
- Solid knowledge of SQL and/or other data analysis and querying tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and collaborate effectively across multiple teams and dependencies
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have
- Experience in core banking transformation or modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and working with cross-functional development teams
- Knowledge of Nordic banking processes and regulatory requirements
