Responsibilities you'll have
- Gathering and analyzing business and system requirements
- Creating and maintaining functional documentation
- Modeling business processes using BPMN and UML
- Collaborating with stakeholders, development and testing teams
- Supporting Agile ceremonies and backlog management (Jira, Confluence)
- Defining and documenting REST API integrations
- Performing data analysis and writing SQL queries
- Knowledge sharing and supporting project teams
Expected competences and knowledge
- Experience in IT and/or business analysis
- Experience with working in an agile environment
- Experience in using Jira, Confluence
- Experience in knowledge sharing
- Working experience with RESTful APIs would be an advantage
- Knowledge of BPMN and UML
- Knowledge of SQL would be an advantage
