Project
You will be involved in a financial project focused on developing and continuously improving a modern technology platform through automation, DevOps practices, and advanced system administration. You will contribute to automation initiatives, platform self-healing capabilities, and migration activities in a collaborative SAFe Scrum environment.
Responsibilities you'll have

Design and implement automation processes using CI/CD technologies and procedures

Explore and integrate AI technologies to support self-healing platform capabilities

Create comprehensive technical documentation for end users, engineers, and architects

Provide advanced troubleshooting and Linux system administration support

Collaborate effectively within a SAFe Scrum framework

Drive innovative solutions to complex technical challenges and continuous platform improvement
Expected competences and knowledge
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, preferably in a SAFe environment
- RHCSA certification or extensive hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8+
- Hands-on experience with GCE and VMware-to-GCE migration
- Experience with Red Hat Satellite patch management and automation
- Advanced Bash scripting skills and proficiency in Python or Perl
- Extensive experience with Ansible and configuration management
- Proficiency with Git and Jira
- Advanced troubleshooting and technical problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication skills for technical documentation and effective collaboration
