Your mission?
As a Recruiter360, you will combine the roles of recruiter, business partner, and brand ambassador. Your goal will be to develop Jit Team’s presence in the Portuguese IT market — from running end-to-end recruitment processes to building relationships with consultants and the local tech community.

You will be responsible for:

managing full-cycle recruitment processes for various IT roles
- building and maintaining relationships with candidates and consultants,
- collaborating closely with our Polish recruitment and delivery teams,
- researching the local market, salary trends, and employment standards,
- representing Jit Team at meetings, events, and networking initiatives,
- helping shape local HR and recruitment processes,
- contributing to the development of Jit Team’s reputation in Portugal.
We’re looking for someone who:
- has 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment,
- understands the Portuguese IT market (tools, salary levels, hiring culture),
- speaks fluent Portuguese and good English,
- enjoys autonomy and takes ownership of their work,
- is great at building relationships and connecting with people,
- is entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven.
Nice to have:
- experience in body leasing or staff augmentation,
- familiarity with the financial or corporate sector,
- background in employer branding or local community initiatives.
