Project
You will be involved in a financial project focused on production operations, application support, incident and problem management, and ensuring the stability and reliability of production environments.
Responsibilities you'll have
- Own the incident and RCA process, from issue detection through resolution to preventive actions
- Monitor production services, identify anomalies, and respond to potential issues
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and related tools
- Ensure Pre-Production and Production environments remain stable and aligned
- Create and maintain runbooks, operational procedures, and knowledge documentation
- Collaborate with development and platform teams to troubleshoot issues and improve operational processes
- Identify recurring issues and implement automation to reduce manual effort
- Improve observability through dashboards, alerts, and log analysis
- Support service continuity initiatives and disaster recovery exercises
Expected competences and knowledge
- 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, Application Support (2nd/3rd line), or a similar production-facing role
- Proven experience in end-to-end incident management, including RCA and preventive actions
- 2+ years of experience working within an ITIL framework
- Experience working in Agile environments with development teams
- C1 level of English
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Splunk, Sysdig, Prometheus, and Grafana
- Operational experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Docker Compose
- Strong Ansible skills
- Basic Bash and Python scripting skills
- Experience with Oracle and DB2 databases
- Working knowledge of ETL applications and REST APIs
- Experience with distributed systems and Kafka
- Java/development background for understanding solutions and integrations

- Experience with IBM DataStage in operational environments
- Awareness of Pega
