Project
Responsibilities you'll have

Gather, analyze, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements

Act as a bridge between Business and IT, ensuring alignment and transparency of requirements

Extract, analyze, interpret, and visualize data from multiple sources to support solution design and decision-making

Create and maintain data mappings and document data flows
-
Perform gap analysis between current (as-is) and target (to-be) solutions
-
Collaborate with Architects, Business Stakeholders, and development teams to design effective IT solutions
-
Contribute to the creation of Solution Design Documentation and description of the to-be solution
-
Build strong understanding of business processes, systems, and data within the assigned domain
-
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives
-
Manage stakeholders and facilitate alignment across different teams and organizational units
Expected competences and knowledge

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or IT Analyst in data-driven projects

Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation (functional and non-functional requirements)

Hands-on experience with Snowflake
-
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
-
Experience in data mapping, data lineage, and data flow analysis

Ability to perform gap analysis between current and target solutions

Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and other IT teams

Experience working in Agile environments

Fluent English, both written and spoken
